Do you sell individual cards or only sealed product?
We sell both. Check our "Singles" collection for high-quality raw/graded cards. Our lower value singles are typically listed on our eBay store while our higher value cards are listed on our store.
Are all your boxes factory sealed?
Yes. Every box we sell is guaranteed 100% factory sealed and untampered. We source directly from authorized distributors or verified, trusted inventory.
What is a "Lone Star Repack"?
These are custom packs built right here in our shop. We guarantee specific "hit" rates (like a guaranteed Insert, Parallel EX, IR, or GX card) so you know exactly what the "floor" of the pack is, unlike standard retail packs.
Shipping
How do you ensure boxes aren't damaged in transit?
We bubble wrap each product securely and place biodegradable packing peanuts around the product to fill nay empty space to ensure products do not shift during delivery
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship from our Fort Worth location within 1 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your shipping label is printed.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you are an international buyer, please contact us directly to see if we can accommodate your specific location.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
Due to the volatile nature of the trading card market, all sales of sealed products and individual cards are final. This ensures that every item in our store remains untampered and "un-searched" for the next collector. This does not apply to items damaged during shipping
What if my item arrives damaged?
If the shipping carrier damages your package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the unopened box. We will work with you to file a claim and resolve the issue.

How can I request a specific product?
If there is a specific set or box you are looking for, use the "Notify Me" button on our coming soon products or send us an email. We are constantly sourcing new inventory for the store.
Is your pricing negotiable?
At Lone Star TCC, we strive to keep our store prices competitive and updated with the current market. While our listed prices are generally firm to ensure fairness for all customers, we may consider reasonable offers on high-ticket "Singles" or bulk orders. Feel free to reach out via our contact page if you are looking to put together a large custom bundle.
Does the price on Shopify match your eBay store?
Not always. Because eBay charges high seller fees, we are often able to offer lower prices directly here on our website. If you find us on eBay, checking our store here first is the best way to save money on your order.
